Mazwi Zuma my hero, what a man!!

I've been using MTN 19 years and it use to be a great company, but recent years their customer care is almost non existent. All you have its *********** call centre agents, rude with dont care attitude.

I've been having issues with my data contract since February 2018, different issues every month, ranging from wrong allocation of the data, incorrect billing, discounts not app**** etc.I understand that errors do happen but its even more sad when you are not assisted, their social media team is even worse . I Spoke to about the people there , Nompumelelo, Gillian and Nontobeko etc and at the end they will just ignore my text. Two months ago a guy by the name of Mazwi Zuma contacted me after I wrote a review here and he is working hard on resolving most of the issues, some have been resolved already. He contacts me almost daily to give me feed back. He even went as far as investigating the issues I had 8 months ago and he has put requests that I get whats due to me.

MTN is lucky to have such people, actually he doesn't belong there. You cannot be this great in a place that. Keep up the good work Mazwi.
