Mazwi Zuma doesn't deliver to his promises.
So Mazwi Zuma promised me a call back before the end of the business day and guess what? He never did. I will never recommend MTN to anyone.

Thank you for your post.
Please note your second line was cancelled yesterday. There were Early Termination fees that raised, for which we resolved that you should not be paying. This is a process as it needs to be approved by our Banking to balance the books. We have managed to do so. Note I tried to call you to advise today, but you were not available.
