Maybe if you didn't treat your customers like **** you would have a higher rating on this site

I really appreciate you guys making me call your company 3 times stay on hold for a combined 2 hours to get one of my contracts converted into Pay As You Go while continuing to pay for the other one.

I really like that the first time I was promised that my contract was converted and there would be no further charges only for me to have to call back because I continued getting charged only to have to call back a 3rd time now because I apparently need to let you amazing people know that I don't want to continue receiving data when I have cancelled my contract.

Your amazing service have made me want to upgrade from having one contract with you guys to having none.

But seriously I hate your guts
