May you please stop with your debits

Dear MTN

On the 1st of September i called 808 to cancel my contract, i was told that i can only do it on the 9th. on the 9th i called and cancelled the contract. to my surprise after my last debit on the 15th September MTN sent me another invoice for the same number i cancelled. on the 21st of September i sent MTN an email address requesting them to cancel my contract and correct the bills they were still sending.

Today the 16th October 2015 MTN deducted money for the cancelled contract and this time they deducted more money than they used to before my contract expired. i have never skipped a payment with MTN.

May you please refund my account with the debit that went through yesterday as i do not even have that sim card anymore.
Please correct your funny way of milking people what they have worked hard for. I can not be having debits for things i didn't use and i didn't sign an extension for.
