Massively disappointed with MTN and still NO PHONE !!!!!

I have an Huawei P9 on contract with mtn and my issue started in February this year when my phone's software crashed . I booked this phone in at MTN direct in gateway on February 24th . Over 4 wks later I contacted the MTN repair center to check on my phone and was told that it never reached the repair center about 7 calls later I learned that my phone was picked up from MTN by the courier service but never reached the repair center and nobody at the store followed up on this . 3 days later the courier service located my phone that was now missing for over a month leaving me with no working phone . The phone was taken to the repair center and I was informed that the phone could not be repaired . I waited for 2 weeks then a refurbished P9 was issued to me in April of this year ... Weeks later the refurbished unit started displaying software issues ... First switching off and a few weeks later not connecting to the WiFi . On July 3rd the refurbished unit was booked in at MTN direct in gateway . On the 11th of July I was told that this unit cannot be repaired and I need to wait for another refurbished unit to be available . The manager of MTN direct called me on the 18 of July to tell me that I will be issued with a new P9 and I was glad that this ordeal would finally be over . Then I was called back saying that my contract was taken at a franchise store so MTN direct cannot issue me with a phone I would need to receive this phone from the franchise store . MTN in Smith Street Durban . I then spoke to the manager of the Smith Street branch who told me he needs to wait for a credit from MTN before I can receive any phone . I have tried repeatedly to contact mtn direct at gateway to find out why MTN has not credited the store for my phone so I can at least have a working phone but nobody has been contactable ... So it's been yet another month with no phone . At this point I'm frustrated and I don't care which store or who is liable ... I want a phone ...
