March Statement

I have been trying to retrieve a copy of my March statement from MTN since they have decided to not e-mail statements but send us a link with only Jan and February statement attached , i tried again last week saturday by calling the call centre spoke to Thato who promised that i will recieve my statements between 24 to 72 hours on wednesday i finally recieved an e-mail from their back office confirming once again that i will recieve statements within 3 business days . Its saturday today end of the month and my april statement should be on the way but yet i am still to recieve my March statement . <br> <br> MTN i need my statements for business purposes , if you have a technical problem can you please communicate instead of the no response silent treatment as its definetly not a good customer centric approach . <br> <br> This is a simple request ...send me my March statement
