Mapule - the example of good customer care

It is important that I recognize Mapule Gwala (we have asked her permission to use her name) from MTN's customer support. I had low expectations that our issue would get resolved and when Mapule battled to get hold of the relevant departments and their leadership I thought 'here we go again', but that wasn't to be. Mapule was great, even with the flu she followed up our issue all the way and it got resolved a week later. She listened to our issue, took time understand it, then explored all the avenues to get it resolved, escalated the issue when there was no progress and eventually got a result. This is what Customer Care is supposed to be about. I hope her company recognizes this. Thank you
