Manipulative sales team and pathetic customer service

Manipulative, misleading sales team and shocking customer service that don't know what they're doing. long story short, I got a call from a MTN sales rep and I was **** to and mislead into taking out a contract. I didn't even sign a contract!!! i tried to cancel this false contract days after the call but I couldn't get through to mtn to cancel this. I even contacted my bank to see if they could help somehow but they couldn't. I have been trying to sort this out since February on a support ticket but the responses i have received from mtn have been shocking. Firstly I wasn't even able to get a response from mtn when I first tried contacting the support team. I then tried to contact the ***** team and that was when I finally got through to someone that could help. I submitted the documents the support team requested and nothing happened for weeks. I then reply with a follow up email and they ask me to submit the documents again and nothing happens. So I reply and request for an update and they say that I need to submit the documents again! This has been happening since February!!!!! This has all been on the SAME support ticket... absolutely pathetic
