Manipulative Sales Rep
MTN store in Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria North has a dishonest sales rep named Elijah who sold me a contract phone without mentioning that they have manipulated the design of the phone to block access to the second sim card in a dual sim card cell phone. The manager, Patience, handled the situation very unprofessional, told me that there is nothing that they can do and refused to fix the phone or reverse the contract. I need assistance as to deal with this matter moving forward.
