Management should be FIRED!

Why is MTN re-routing my contracted WiFi IP address through a BLACKLISTED Internet Solutions IP address: 196.35.198.130 & 196.35.198.158???? I want answers!!!! When I do an IP Address Lookup is says it should be relaying through: 197.76.135.71 which is registered to: AS16637 MTN Business Solutions but the relay on my dedicated server says MTN is relaying through BLACKLISTED Internet Solutions IP address: 196.35.198.130 & 196.35.198.158????<br> <br> I tried to get through to your 808 and 1555 but have been on hold for 28 minutes and 31 seconds and now was just cut off because the call kept going back to LIAM at 808!!!!! <br> <br> YES, I have recorded the entire phone call from the beginning including the LONG wait and will gladly hand it over to the media to prove how *********** MTN and your SHOCKING staff who don't answer their phones are!!!! I'm disgusted in the SHOCKING service you people provide.<br> <br> MTN is killing my business day by day....and then you still expect me to pay +/- R2,000 per month for this SHOCKING and DISGUSTING service!!!
