Management at MTN Gateway is absolutely pathetic

Absolutely disgusting service by the management and staff at MTN gateway. I am being billed incorrectly for the last 9 months on my contract. They are *****ing my money every month. The management team are absolutely useless. Thevashen is the store manager that has been making empty promises to resolve the issue. I can't believe how a brand like MTN has tarnished their reputation. I am appalled by the services. I will be seeking legal action. Get the right people for the positions MTN. Your management team at gateway is pathetic. Try even calling the shop. No one will answer the phone. I even tried calling whilst standing in the shop when the shop was dead quiet. The phone just rings with no one bothered to answer. The excuse I got from the manager was that the phone was in the back office. What is your duty as a manager? Make the change and bring the damn phone to the front to get your pathetic staff to even answer it. Highly frustrated. I have received no feedback on my issue to date.
