Management and staff ********* working mtn Clearwater

Clearwater mall branch mtn staff includes management I bought a phone there that came with a power bank the guy came with the 2 package wrapped but as i requested a different color they had and issues on the same phone but I couldn't get a different color as I was forced to take the black phone but I was given a choice so what is the use offering than the guy took the wrapped phone plus power bank to the back and just came out with the phone and I asked where is the power bank he just said they don't have they will call me to get it but you just had it 2 seconds ago so my understanding is that client comes in buys a phone with extras and than just give the clients the phones without the extras and they the staff keeps it for themselves as it will show on their system that the package have been bought but then the client just received the item the phone without the extras that was supposed to be sold with it. They are a bunch of ********* my question is is this the type of people you hire to be rude with the customer and ***** from them..
