MALFUNCTIONING SIM CARD TO SIM SWAP DRAG!

My SIM all of a sudden could not be read by my device or any other with no network or internet that I had to do SIM swap yesterday around 13h04 which I was promised it would be ok by then since it was successful. I am not being told it would escalated to the Manager who is not at work YET while everything of mine stands still. I use my number for everything! It was not my fault the SIM malfunctioned, I passed the questionnaires. It would be decent of MTN to finalize my SIM swap so I can port my number in peace please. I'm really ****ed!
