Makro Springfield

I want at Makro store at Springfield Durban on Wednesday to report about my fridge. I guy who been assist me said it will be 24 hrs to 72 hrs to get technical coming to check it. Until today I’m still waiting technical my food are getting rotten in the fridge. What can’t of horrible service their offers. They won’t pay my food. If no one coming even today I will make sure the world knows how Makro operate. I will also report to ombudsman. May be I’m not the first one who experience this horrible service
