Making internaitonal calls & sending sms's
I am very disappointed that I am unable to make international calls or send sms's internationally (which I was able to)<br> I called 808 and was told that only if I have airtime in rands will I be able to make international calls or send sms's.<br> In my previous contracts I was able to use my minutes to make international calls and send international sms's.<br> I have in excess of 400 sms's and 400 minutes and am unable to use this as I please.<br> <br> MTN in disappointing<br> <br> Fedup<br> <br> #portingtoanotherserviceprovider

Please note that with the minute based packages international calls do not apply as the packages work in minutes not rand value.
The reason why minute based packages do not apply in making international calls is to the fact that different countries have different networks and they charge differently.
MTN reserves the right, at any time, to change these Terms and Conditions and any rules relating to its products, services and promotions, and to modify its products, services and promotions at its discretion.
