Makes you pay for a product you dont have
So a MONTH ago they upgraded my contract and told me they will deliver my new phone within 5 working days. A debit order have already gone off for the phone i don't have and another is going to go off the 25th. so effectively they are *****ing from me! i have 3 contracts with MTN( my phone,Ipad and home) and this how they treat loyal customers!
