Major disrespect complaint

I would like to express my absolute dissatisfaction with MTN as a whole. I recently upgraded my contract, a big mistake clearly, the consultant who assisted me was very helpful, today I want to follow up on the delivery of my new phone and I am being transferred all over the call center, the last person i spoke to ( a guy by the name of Boitumelo in retentions) was absolutely rude, he was on no assistance, why do i have an MTN pin number? to confirm my ID right? I answered all his questions and told him that the physical address he has on his system I do not recall, gave him a couple of areas i have stayed and it could be one of those but according to him he could not update my address nor can he assist me further, who are you going to deliver the phone to because my address is not updated and no one is willing to assist me. I want to cancel my contract, please get back o me urgently. Regards,
