Maimane Portia Rude MTN call center agent

Worse customer service experience by an MTN call center agent Maimane Portia, I called the customer care line 12 February 2020. 19:53 I wanted to find out why my services were suspended and she told me that my debit order returned, I asked if I could make arrangements this lady was so rude told me that they must double debit the amount in arrears. I then told her there’s no ways I can afford that before I could even finish speaking she cut me off, telling me that I’m I must pay the full outstanding amount that’s the only arrangement she can make she was so rude didn’t give me any chance to speak, continuously spoke while I was speaking clearly on purpose, she’s so unprofessional and disgusting she’s not there to help but to shame, I have been using MTN for the longest time to have to deal with such mediocre, if she doesn’t want to be there she must resign and let people who deserve and are willing to assist get employed.
