Mad as Hell

Okay let me understand this, you guys mess up my account & billing and now I am at fault? Last year Nov, you guys upgraded my account **********ly without my consent and I had to run around so that you guys fix your mess. I logged a complaint and Alice van der Merwe called me and I told him that I did not want to upgrade and frankly I wanted to cancel the contract and not even downgrade to prepaid. He assured me that he will stop all my debits from MTN relating to this account and cancel the contract as of Nov 2017. I explicitly ask him if he is cancelling the upgrade contract and I then continue paying my normal debit order until Feb 2018 (my intention is to cancel it) or if he is cancelling the contract as in everything, he said he is cancelling everything and that I should not worry about the debits and that he will cancel everything. So now debt collectors are calling me saying I owe over R1000 on my contract. please get that call recording of this, I was called on my other number ********** 849 on the 8th Nov 2017 and sort out this madness. like i have been a loyal customer for over 20 years with MTN and this kind of service is appalling and i am really disgusted. You guys better sort yourselves out because come 26 February 2018, i want this flippen contract cancelled. You guys are honestly running a tuck shop what kind of service is this. CANCEL THAT CONTRACT, Nonsense.
