M-TEL & MTN

I was contacted by a company called m-tel in conjunction with Mtn. They offered me a cell phone contract in 2015. The phones we never delivered and then I got worried about the whole situation so I googled I asked around about them every phone number I got was disconnected or non-existent. I then reverted to Mtn as that who they said they were working for. Mtn told me I had to contact M-tel directly as they had not offered me anything directly. So for past 4 years my bureau has been affected by an outstanding arrears balance of R2315. I have exhausted every evenue in attempt to communicate with both Mtn and M-tel. I have come to this platform a knowing my issue might find the attention it doesn't get on the hundreds of calls I have made to Mtn
