I just like to thank hello peter to be there for us. After my complaint I was contacted early in the morning to see if my issue was resolved . on Tuesday my query was resolved thank you very much to you hello peter. If I didn't send you this complaint, I was not going to be assisted. Themba Lukhele called me and ask me to visit MTN store to give them affidavit. he called me yesterday to see if everything went well. I wish this didn't take so long but thanks my swim swap was activated the very same day. hope non of your customer is going to experience the same query like mine,
