Lynette Hofman is the best MTN consultant i have ever come across. She just helped me now with some urgent queries I had with my account. She went above and beyond to reassure me and help find a solution! She genuinely is amazing with customers and converse with yiu on a human level.

Prior to my call with her I had sent multiple emails to multiple departments at MTN and nobody got back to me. But Lynette was proactive enough to reach out to me ! MTN has to priority quality over quantity and reward employees such as Lynette who go the extra mile, who genuinely wants to help.

It seems other consultants only worry about earning a salary and not making a difference.
