Lying online MTN sales consultant

I recently got an uncapped data month to month contract with MTN (online). I paid a pro-rata of R355.78 on the 22 May 2024. The router was delivered the following day and I started using the router few days after. I was told the R355.78 will cover the May and June month since my contract is R269 pm. 4 days ago (3 June 2024) I received an email statement saying I should pay R607.41 before 5th of June 2024. I called the 083135 number, and they said that's how MTN pro-rata works. I asked for a call record with the consultant she said I should go to the nearest MTN store they will give it to me. Today (07 June 2024) the consultant at Randfontein Tamboti store said they can't give me the call record because it is against PoPi act. Please resolve this issue or come and take your router.
