Lying & corupt staff member at George Mall Branch

<p>About a month ago, we suddenly lost my younger sister. She had a MTN cellphone contract. My parents went to MTN at the mall in George to hand in her death certificate. Just that morning, they had to go say their final goodbyes to her at the funeral parlour.</p> <p> </p> <p>A guy at the store advised my parents that they either needed to give the phone back, or pay him R7 000- R9 000 in cash. </p> <p> </p> <p>My parents did not have the phone with them, and said to the guy they would have to come back at a later stage.</p> <p> </p> <p>They didn't want to drive all the way to George again, so they went to their local MTN at the Langeberg Mall in Mosselbay. Thank heavens they did, because the lovely lady there told them that it was absolute nonsense. She accepted the death certificate and they closed the account. </p> <p> </p> <p>The staff member at George Mall, was clearly wanting the money or the phone for himself! The fact that he did this to very distraught elderly people, just shows his character.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
