Lying bunch

I have been using MTN for some time now, phone[mtn] router[mtn] everything is also mtn. However every time I take out a contract they lie which is not so cool

I took out a router with mtn and the guy said to me it Is 100mbs on primo and 60mbs after the promo data runs out okay fine I use the data and speed it's 15-17 most of the time, so now I try to increase it by adding a booster device so I call to find out the lady then says I'm on 20mbs max and yet I was sold 60mbs

Their consultants sre not trained yes they are quick to pick big ups for that. Second thing I wanted to find a way for Me to see how much I've used every month so the lady straight out told me there is possible way to do that at all meaning I'm always blind as to my balance. I used to use mtn through mweb and never experienced any problems but directly to mtn I'm met with deception after deception
