Lying about coverage/connectivity
I recently moved to a place in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort and are not enjoying good Wifi connectivity at all, constantly not finding signal and dropping connection, lagging badly in online games with latencies of over 2000ms. Please note that according to Afrihost, this area is FULLY COVERED.<br> <br> I have an Afrihost mobile data contract (which uses MTN for their signal), which, in the previous area I lived in worked perfectly fine even with online games, but after I moved to the new place as mentioned above, the connectivity had been abysmal. I have consulted Afrihost and they have ensured me that there is no issues with the signal in the area and that I merely need to reset my Wifi device, which did not make any difference.<br> <br> I kindly ask that MTN stop shaping/restricting/slowing down my connection and just allow me to use the service that I'm paying for, and if there is a problem with your signal in this area, to please fix that so that I can use my Wifi.
