Took out a Sim only data contract from MTN that I was paying R299 in May 2019. Contract ended in May, I did not call and they also didn't call. Continued to deduct R299 but to my surprise July month end they could not deduct saying they were suppose to deduct R1299 when I called to asked they said they are now charging me on normal rates. I don't know who they agreed with to charge on normal rates because I do not afford that kind of money. When I told them to cancel they said they can't cancel as I owe them, it's either I pay that money or the contract will continue and they are going to charge me that R1299 on monthly basis. I am really sick and tired of MTN. Said they must Re-debit their money and cancel my contract and they have been playing delaying tactics so they continue ****ing me. Their retentions department is forever busy, you will be on hold for the next consultant for hours. I have had enough of these ********. Number in question is ***
