Lucrecia Maybe - Claims Angel
A lady by the name of Lucrecia Maybe , a claims facilitator helped me to sort out my claim when there was a data capturing issue when I needed to claim, she went the extra mile by contacting the specific store to investigate what happen with the IMEI numbers (which is the reason for the underwriter wanting to reject my claim) . She not only managed to get the required info and overturn the claim to an approved status but she did it with out involving me in the process which is always great from a customer perspective. Lecrecia, thank you for the assistance it is highly appreciated, you are amazing!!! We need more people like you
