LTE Sim Not Delivered
I got a call from MTN telling me they are sending me an LTE sim card (which I didn't ask for) which was followed up by a call from UTI to tell me they will deliver my sim on the 01/04/2015 and asked for the address and told me to have green barcoded id handy. I waiting the whole day and couldn't leave the office and still no delivery. It is not a nice thought that a sim card destined for me is floating around in somebody elses hands? Starting to think its a ****.

As confirmation we are running a campaign for a free sim upgrade to LTE. The sim card that was promised to you will not work unless you activate it by doing a sim swap.
I do see that you have received it and have done the sim swap.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
