LTE SIM CARD
It has come to point where MTN really deserves an award for not keeping its promise. I have been waiting for the delivery of the LTE sim for 2 months now. What's beautiful about this story is that MTN took the initiative to provide its clients with free sim's . But as usual they WILL NEVER KEEP their PROMISE. Whenever you call the courier company they will forever tell the their system is down they call you back which they never do.<br> <br> Calling 808 is terrible as going to any Government sector in South Africa. <br> <br>

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
RTT confirmed delivery of your LTE SIM card on the 10th of April,2015,on your mail box(83 Security department,Sandton).Could you kindly check your mail box and once you have your SIM card,kindly follow the below easy steps to process your SIM swap.
1. Customer SMSs the word Swap to 44770 from their EXISTING SIM
2. An OTP (one time pin), is then generated and sent to the customer on the same, existing, active SIM. Customers are encouraged to save the OTP or write it down. The PIN will be valid for 15 minutes only.
3. The customer then SMSs Swap and their New SIM Number*OTP# from their existing SIM to 44770. E.g. Swap ****2345#
4. The customer should wait until his/her existing SIM stops working and then proceed to insert the new SIM Card into the handset.
5. The SIM Swap is now complete.
