lte sim card

MTN delivered a LTE sim card and now trying to make it work is proving to be not worth it> Thought that they had ricad it as it was linked to my current profile, now i have been told i have to go and get it ricad! By the way I never asked for this sim card it was just delivered for free dont see why I now have to stop what im doing and go and get it ricad?
