LTE Service from MTN is NOT working for days!

I have been having a problem with the “LTE” function on the top right corner of my phone…it keeps switching off and I have to switch my phone on and off every 30 minutes because I am unable to connect to the internet and Wattsapp. I have been calling the call centre since last week Tuesday….nobody can assist…they keep telling me that they are resetting it on their side but nothing seems to be working, they also told me that’s it’s a network problem that they working on that will be resolved but still NOTHING. I have even gone into the MTN store and then say they are unable to assist….very disappointing indeed!
