LTE Month-to-month Internet bundle is a joke

What is the use of having an LTE Uncapped router/package when every month its the same issue when I'm completely cut off (funny, cause it's supposed to just limit your download speed, not cut you off entirely) and then after the renewal date, still have to wait a week plus for the sim to activate again?? First month this happened I was under the impression it was cancelled, only to realize halfway into the new month, no, I actually DID still have internet. You're not honoring your contract, so can I assume you want me to cancel it?
