LTE CONNECTIVITY

Signed up a data contract in April this year. Experienced intermittent issues from inception, however gave MTN the benefit of the doubt assuming that these were just teething problems that would resolve over time, however notwithstanding numerous interactions with their social media team, calls and e-mails to the coverage department, the service has been less than satisfactory. The connectivity seems to be all over the place, on and off all day long, or simply not a stable connection. MTN have failed to contact me with any satisfactory feedback or suggestions how to resolve.
