LTE connection atrocious, 2 year contract

I have made a review on hello peter a month ago and they responded quickly.

My problem was that my LTE line is giving me a ping of 400 locally and an atrocious download speed, especially in the evenings.

After quite a few calls it was established that my tower is getting flooded at night and thus the bad connection, they said its a quick upgrade remotely to increase the load for the tower and that they will come back to me within 72 hours when upgrade was done........guess what, still nothing....still a ****** useless LTE line with the performance of an edge connection. I am paying a huge amount of money for the most useless connection said to be LTE . Worst of all i signed a contract for 2 years and thus i have to keep paying for this and extend my cancerous suffering.

I feel this is a breach of contract because the product and service being delivered is not worthy of being called LTE and the money i am spending.

I wish...no....I beg of YOU MTN that you could cut me loose so I can take my money to another provider.
