Loyalty to MTN gets you locked out of your account

For the last 24 years I have been a loyal client of MTN. Paying via debit order. TWENTY FOUR YEARS = 288 MONTHS!!!!!!!!! And today for no reason I get an SMS to say they have blocked my outgoing calls for non-payment. My payment goes off via debit order. There is no email, no bank that has to return a debit order. Nothing. Nada. Must be some idiot who made a mistake and did not put the debit order through and now I have to be penalized for their inefficiencies. This is how I am being paid for 24 years of loyalty!!!!!!!!!! I am so mad if someone does not contact me in the morning to sort this nonsense out I will move my account to someone who might appreciate it. My average spent would have been close to R300 000.00. Angelo in Century City head office is the only reason why I am still wiht MTN as he always gives fantastic advice.
