LOYALTY REWARDS AIRTIME NOT DEPLETED-NORMAL AIRTIME DEPLETED
I purchased the MTN loyalty rewards airtime at 13h31 this afternoon. At 13h36 I called an MTN number and the call was depleted against my normal airtime and not the loyalty rewards airtime. How is this possible?

27 Feb 2018, 17:49Pathetic. Nobody has contacted me. So I contact them and spoke to Portia at 17h44 who told me she can't refund me cause it has been too long. I'm referring the matter to the ombudsman.
