Loyalty points ripoff!!

I accumulated 14000 loyalty points last year!! When I decided to spend it on airtime R180 all I got was mtn to mtn calls!!! This you only realize after you spend the points!! If you like me having friends & colleagues only on Vodacom you will realize what a waste it is!!! If you spend R14000 on airtime you would also want value for your loyalty points!!!! I asked Mtn to cancel the useless airtime & rather provide me with data which I can actually use but according to them its impossible!!!!! Really if you look after your clients nothing is impossible!!! Mtn will rather loose a R14000 a year client than provide a service!!! I am happy to say Vodacom is happy to receive me as a client!! Even if my loyalty points there can only buy voda to voda calls I would actually use it!!! Boo to Mtn & there useless call centre personal!!!!!!
