Loyalty points

If there was a way I would rate 0 stars, I used my 1700 loyalty points to redeem a 50r steers voucher on the 31st of December, but I can't use that voucher code for a purchase because it's in invalid, I have been calling customer care about this with no help, all I want is my loyalty points back because this stupid voucher is not working and I'm not the only one with this problem, Return my points and stop making false promises to your customers.
