Loyalty does not count

I think I can say I am a Loyal customer of MTN I have been with them since 1998 I have the same no for 22 years we had lots of problems in my time but most could be resolved easily I have been under debt review and I am cleared to go since july 2020 and I want to upgrade my phone and I have been trying to upgrade since december last year and every time I am declined I was told to wait 3 months before applying again and guess what it has been 6 months now and they still decline my application They are so quick to phone you when you are in arrears or when there is new products just not to loose you business but when you need them for your own business they treat you like you have AIDS or something I have been trying to upgrade since last year and do not have any success I have send them all the proof of all the documentation that they requested and still no joy I strongly feel that My loyalty is questioned I am seeking to take my business somewhere else because loyalty of customers clearly has no place in MTN if you were financially impaired for a while Can anyone advise me to which company I can take my business for better service
