Loyal customer being ********** day by day...
<p>Mtn customer for 10 years plus...yet i am being ********** day by day...i am still being charged for a part of my previous contract despite querying my disputes at the branch numerous times and vis the call center (ref numbers to validate)...also being charged for mtn loaded sms's that are in Xhosa..i am english speaking and i dont want them ..once again i was told that i must not worry as its not loaded part of my cobtract but then why are you charging me MTN????i hope someome can help me someday to sort out this mess and refund me my money!!!</p>
