Lousy service from call center

I called MTN (173) on 01 Jul2016, requesting them to blacklist my number since I thought I lost it only to find it under my car seat. I called them again to unblock my phone. They requested that I fax them an affidavit (mentioning the IMEA number, cell number, my ID number, ITC number), my phone contract and a copy of my ID. I tried faxing the documents without succes until I called them again and spoke to Bernhard Seemo, who gave me his email address so I can fax my docs. He confirmed that he received my doc and he will send them to whatever department that deals with unblocking phones, he said within 72 hours the issue should be resolved and I should be able to use the phone once again. On 26Jul, I sent Bernhard an email asking if the phone has been unblocked, he rep**** saying he will follow up when he gets to work and get back to me. Did he get back to me? No he did not. I called MTN on 27Jul and spoke to Buyi. Buyi said that she will follow up with Bernhard. She further checked form their system and confirmed that the phone is still blacklisted/blocked. She indicated that she will get back to me once she has had feedback from Bernhard. Did she get back to me? No! On 29Jul, I called MTN again, I spoke to Joseph. Joseph said that I need to re-fax the docs, which I did and still the fax doesn't go through. I asked him to give me a direct number to contac the "blacklisting/blocking department" and a contact person. He said that there is no direct number, everything is done on the system. He also said he will revert back to Bernhard to find out what is happening. This issue has been going on and on in circles, I am not sure who to contact or what to do anymore. Please tell me what steps I need to take to have this ensue resolved because It has been 2 weeks with this whole thing going on without resolution. I am not very happy with service provided by Bernhard Seemo.
