Lousy MTN insurance service

MTN insurance is a total waste of money. I paid access fee on the 24th Feb till today my phone hasn't been replaced. Ive been calling to find out when they're are delivering my new phone. A week before last I was told it will be delivered last week , yesterday I phoned and the consultant confirmed for today the (17 March) delivery saying it was scheduled for the 13. I just spoke to them now to find out what time they will be delivering since I've been kept waiting then the consultant says Its scheduled for the 20th March and can't confirm delivery due to National shutdown. Dear MTN & your poor service insurance you never miss debit date and cashing in on my account yet your service is ****. I must keep calling to get this this device yet you failing to even notify me via email of all the changes . Give me my phone and I'll jus get off your back please!!!!!!

I should have rather not taken the insurance and would NEVER advice anyone to do so with your poor service
