The only reason MTN is getting a 1 star rating from me was to go on to the next part to be completed. There should be a zero. We have been battling to upgrade a business line since January this year. After two months of zero joy, we've decided to cancel the line and went with another provider. Still no word from MTN though and no idea if the line is cancelled or not.
