I also have various problams with MTN.the main problam seen to me,is that senior management does not know of all these problams.you can ask to speak to a senior manager,but you do not get hold to one of them.the only way to communicate to MTN is via the complain channel ,and they just do as they wish,incompetante to solve a problam.you can see that MTN is even not respond on any review on helopeter.so,what does this say of the company??
