Losts Airtime

On the 27 June, I woke up with my number not not working. On the 29 June I was told I had ported my number to another service provider. I told MTN customer service I had never ported my number. Customer service told me thatI my number was inactive they had requested another department to make it active. Before my number was ported without my knowledge or request I had data and airtime.

MTN Customer service are refusing to reinstate both my data bundle and my airtime, the are citing the reasons as porting which I never requested. I believe it is unfair for me to lose airtime and my bundle as I never requested porting of my number from MTN to another service provider. I want MTn to reinstate both my Airtime and Data bundle as they were before the porting took place. MTN has reinstated my number but are refusing to credit my account with both the airtime and data bundle which I had before porting took place.
