LOST/STOEN CELL PHONE
Reported lost/ ****** cell phone on 02.02.2015 to [Email Removed] reference of email #***. MTN requested IMEI, ID No. Make and Model of phone was submitted on 02.02.2015. Therefater called and e-amiled MTN whereby I requested an updated with regards to my issuing of new cellphone (paid insurance on cellphone). I furnished MTN with the case # on 2 occassions. RECEIVED A NEW E-MAIL REF ***3 I called MTN once again on 04.03.2015 and was promsed by a consultant and he promised he will get back to me on 05.03.2015.<br> To date no feedback received from MTN<br> <br> My contact details ***<br> cell ***
