Lost phone insurance claim since nov2019

3 months of without solving my query I still don't have a phone I call MTN daily for feed back they always respond with the still waiting for someone or email or they will make a speedy delivery but noting from November 2019 MTN doesn't care about they clients. Not a heartfelt service they provide
