lost phone,

<p>My phone got lost, I then called MNT to suspend my phone which they assisted me and put a claim with pinnacle market, its an isurance company for Mtn. And gave them the info they needed from me, however they advice me that my claim has been declined, ( reason being that my phone was in the vehicle on the seat and anybody could have taken it.), which to me its unfare because i never gave anyone access to my phone and the insurance company is being taking from pilar to post, the said part is im paying them each and every month, and ( For the past ten years I have been with Mtn i never claimed anything , this was just one of the unforseen circumstances) Im dissapointed with Mtn and its underwiritten insurer</p>
