Lost of data, minutes, airtime and messages
started having problem with MTN since last year September as I have to Top up lines with them, one is mine and other my partners. On the 22nd of September 2015. they took 100 minutes and R8 airtime on my partners line till today, I let that pass-by. The 2nd October 2015 I upgraded with two lines again and I am paying them R799,99 for both [email protected] each. The problem continued with one phone having a problem I inquire about it they promised to give a new phone as it was 10 days old then, thereafter it was us losing data and airtime (I have proof of that with all reference numbers) and so it went on, the call centre agents including their supervisors are all in-competed and unprofessional. Today 14 March 2016, I was on lunch after 12H00 going on 13H00 I had 800 and something MB that I bought on the 3rd 1GB to one of the MTN stores and I received another 1GB free. I went back to work at 13H00, after 16H00 I noticed that I was unable to connect then I checked my balance I noticed that I had to R0 data. That is when I contacted the call centre, I was unable to be assisted (as per usual) till now.

Please help me this matter I don't have any more options, I am on my last straw
